Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

Because all orders are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on standard orders.

Please review your size, color, and design choices carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sayokay.ca.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, replace the item with an identical product or issue a full refund.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@sayokay.ca with your order number and photos of what you received. We’ll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped and tracking shows delivery, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking your package and arranging for secure delivery if you won’t be home.
